FASTRA Supported Computer Skills Education for Seniors
At FASTRA, we believe that support is most meaningful when it helps people acquire new skills and makes their everyday lives easier. That is why we financially supported a series of basic computer skills courses for seniors organized by the Centre for People with Disabilities and Seniors of the Central Bohemian Region.
Thanks to this support, the courses were offered to participants free of charge. During the training, seniors learned the fundamentals of computer use, gained greater confidence in using modern technologies, and acquired practical skills that make everyday life and communication with family and friends easier.
The courses also provided an opportunity to meet new people, spend free time actively, and overcome concerns about the digital world. The joy of newly acquired skills and the increased self-confidence of the participants clearly demonstrate the real value of projects like these.
