Unique technology in the Czech Republic and Central Europe
On 7 and 10 May 2021, we temporarily shut off the gas flow with our stopping device on the PE pipe d400 from the Turgenevova control station in Brno in order to replace the ball valve to the new gate valve.
We are proud of the fact that this work was performed with a technology unique in the Czech Republic and Central Europe. It is a STOPL-S-F1 DN400 device in a design for plastic pipes with a special PE stopple fitting d400. This PE fitting d400 was created in our development department based on the long-term experience of our specialists. It is unique in its size (diameter d400). For the correct function of this stopple fitting, it was necessary to design a unique construction, thanks to which the fitting of this dimension was reliably and, most importantly, securely attached to the PE pipe.
The launch of the PE d400 stop fitting opens up new possibilities for service work on the PE d 400 pipe, which has not yet been possible to implement due to the absence of this fitting.
