HTT EFS2 PE Branch Connection (PE d90 – PE d400)
The HTT EFS2 branch made of PE100 is a special fitting designed for full-bore connection to pressurized PE pipelines of the same dimension as the main line – for example, from d110 to d110.
Once welded onto the network, it allows safe tapping under operating pressure without media leakage using the COMPACT-F1 device. A new branch can then be easily connected without interrupting media flow.
This innovative FASTRA system does not require special supporting or welding equipment. Standard closures are sufficient, or compression tools can be used. This enables connections with minimal excavation work, without shutdowns, and with maximum time savings.
The branch is designed for natural gas, water, and other media distribution. It will be available in standard sizes from d90 to d400. Several end options are available: plain end according to SDR, flanged with stub end, PE ball valve, or gate valve.
