New STOPL-S4-F1 DN100 PN40
The STOPL-S4-F1 DN100 PN40 line stopping device is intended for temporary interruption of the media flow in DN100 pipelines (the nominal size of the pipeline ranges between 95 and 107 mm, depending on wall thickness). The main advantage of the device is that it can be used on pipelines with pressure ranging from 0 to 40 bar.
The device principle differs from the previous types. The device consists of a plate gate valve, a loading chamber with a stopple rod and a split flange for directing the by-pass.
The stopple rod is incorporated in a closed chamber and the rod itself is hidden. It is inserted hydraulically, unlike the STOPL-S4-F1 DN300 device.
The device completed testing in real operation at the end of 2022.
