FASTRA was involved in the school event Day with GasNet 2024
On Wednesday 15 May 2024, the Secondary Vocational School of Gas in Pardubice hosted the traditional company day with GasNet. The company’s specialists prepared eleven stations for the school’s pupils, including our “FASTRA pipeline stopping technology”.
Pupils and teachers had the chance to get a close “hands-on” look at the technologies and try everything out. As in previous years, pupils and teachers from the Šumperk Secondary School of Crafts also came along to enjoy the Day with GasNet.
Every year, the company day makes a fundamental contribution towards connecting theory and practice. It encourages a technical mindset amongst pupils and influences their decisions on the choice of their future career. It has been clearly shown that it is not just general education, but most of all expertise and specialisation that have a future in our technologically developing world.
