FASTRA Day 2025 – When Your Colleagues Are at Your Feet (Literally)
What does a day look like when push-ups aren’t just for fitness, but part of the schedule? FASTRA Day 2025 brought team fun, competitive challenges, delicious food, and, most of all, lots of laughter. Here's a look at how we spent the day – together with colleagues and their families.
The team-building event FASTRA Day 2025 offered not only a welcome break from everyday responsibilities, but also strengthened relationships within the team and created countless memorable moments.
The afternoon was filled with games, laughter, a friendly atmosphere, and excellent food. Colleagues attended with their families, which added to the relaxed and open mood of the event.
Among the most popular activities were push-up competitions, stork races, and a creative game called “Secret Compliment,” where participants surprised their teammates with kind and thoughtful words. A big hit was the game “Which colleague would you take to a deserted island and why?”, where creativity and humor were rewarded.
And why the title “FASTRA Day 2025 – When Your Colleagues Are at Your Feet (Literally)”? Well, during the competition for the Best Push-Up Champion, participants really ended up at their teammates’ feet – literally, doing push-ups! The challenge was light-hearted but fueled by healthy competition and enthusiasm.
Our management team – the company’s CEO and Managing Director – took care of the delicious grilled food. They handled the grill with energy and skill. A special thanks goes to our receptionist Monička, who organized the entire feast with great dedication and made sure no one left hungry.
We want to thank everyone who actively participated, showing not just competitiveness but also humor, creativity, team spirit, and a willingness to have fun. These are the qualities that make team-building truly meaningful and effective.
Shared experiences outside of work are essential – they help build trust, strengthen relationships, and contribute to a healthy corporate culture. For us, FASTRA Day 2025 was more than just fun – it was a reminder that a team is more than the sum of its parts.
