New Year’s Lunch as a Tradition That Brings Us Together
At FASTRA, the beginning of the new year is traditionally marked by a shared New Year’s lunch. This annual event gives us a chance to pause, reflect on the past year, and collectively look forward to the year ahead.
The lunch is held in a carefully selected restaurant and features a thoughtfully prepared menu that underlines the festive character of the gathering. But it’s not just about good food—it’s about spending time together, enjoying informal conversations, and the warm atmosphere that is an essential part of this tradition.
During the event, the Managing Director and the Director express their gratitude to the entire team for their work and dedication over the past year. The Director then presents the company’s results and outlines the plans, goals, and vision for the new year.
We truly value this long-standing tradition, as it strengthens open communication, mutual trust, and a sense of belonging across the company. At the same time, it provides a clear shared direction and motivation to move forward.
