The service company used the equipment made by FASTRA, s.r.o. for the hot-water distribution system repair of the Reichstag building, which currently houses the German Bundestag. The equipment used was the COMPACT-F1, COMPACT-F1 / STOPL tapping sets, the STOPL-T-F1 and STOPL-S-F1 DN200 stopling devices including accessories. In particular, the STOPL-S-F1 DN200 has made qualitative progress. Our design and development has prepared and tested in a very short time a brand new product, i.e. DN125 steel pipe fitting s and modified our standard equipment for plugging of steel pipes with a diameter of DN125. The whole job was successful and our customer was very satisfied, appreciating especially the ease of the control of our equipment. In the future, FASTRA will be able to offer the STOPL-S-F1 DN200 with the option to seal steel pipes with diameters DN150 and DN125.
